A Global Vision for a Local Tool

We believe the same technology that helps a plumber in Manchester manage his jobs can help a volunteer in Lahore account for every penny of aid money. That is what we are building.

The Problem We Are Solving

Good software has always been expensive. The organisations that need it most — small charities, NGOs working in the field, training programmes for young people without qualifications — are the ones who can least afford it. We are changing that.

The Robin Hood Model

Our commercial clients — tradespeople, service businesses, hospitality — pay a monthly licence fee. That revenue cross-subsidises access for social organisations: NGOs, charities, training centres, and community groups.

Enterprise success funds grassroots empowerment. The more businesses that join, the more we can support the organisations doing the hardest work for the lowest budgets.

Record First

Every action on our platform creates a record. For a tradesperson, that record is a job history — proof of work, proof of payment, proof of reliability. For a trainee, it is a verified portfolio of completed tasks they can take anywhere.

We call this the Digital Passport. It turns daily work into a foundation for financial inclusion — access to housing, credit, and better employment.

Built for the Real World — Including the Hard Parts

Most software is designed assuming reliable internet, a modern device, and a literate user with time to learn a new system. Most of the world does not look like that.

TradePay60 is built offline-first. It works in areas with no signal. It is designed to be operated by someone who has never used business software before. It runs on low-cost Android phones. It stores data locally and syncs when a connection is available.

This is not a feature we added for marketing purposes. It is a core design decision, made because we built the NGO expense tracker for field workers in rural Pakistan — and that constraint made the whole platform better for everyone.

Where We Are Going

🔧

Trade & Service

Job management, invoicing, and proof of work for sole traders and small teams across the UK and beyond.

🌍

NGOs & Charities

Expense tracking, receipt capture, and grant reporting for organisations working in developing countries.

🎓

Training & Social Enterprise

Verified work records for apprentices, trainees, and anyone building a future without a formal employment history.

One Platform. Many Faces.

Every organisation that joins TradePay60 gets their own branded app — their own logo, their own colours, their own name. Their users never see TradePay60. They see their organisation's tool.

Underneath, it is one codebase serving every type of organisation. The vocabulary adapts — a "job" becomes a "shift" for a restaurant, an "expense claim" for a charity, an "activity" for a training centre. The functions stay the same. Only the language changes.

This is how we scale. Not by building a different product for every sector, but by building one very good product that speaks every sector's language.
